With over 15 years experience in acquisitions, financing, and development of large-scale mixed-use and income-producing properties, Ali has been involved with over $7 Billion of real estate projects across Metro Vancouver to date.

Key projects include OCP amendment of a 7-million-square-feet master plan community in the City of Coquitlam, rezoning and development of multiple tower projects in the City of Burnaby and a range of townhouse and low-rise developments in Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, North Vancouver and Coquitlam.
